“I would highly recommend staying at Kipalo Hills: Breath taking views, faultless service, wonderful food, lovely pool. We had brilliant game drives with Simon and Joshua in Tsavo East and a night game drive in the conservancy where we saw a leopard! The only fault was there was no WiFi. For the whole 3 days - we asked everyday but head office had not paid the bill!! This caused my husband to worry as he hadn’t heard from me and it could have easily been rectified. “Worst experience of my life. I told the receptionist that they had bugs on the bed, all he said was ok. The check out time is at 10am and not one staff informed me until I checked. The phones were not working, no elevator and our rooms were on the sixth floor. No AC, no fans. I had to walk down (no phone) to yell at the receptionist because the rooms were extremely hot and no air circulation. Just the worst experience”
