“I booked a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room. There were pictures of this cottage but when we got there, it didn't exist. They put us in a place with 2 BRs but no kitchen or living room. The staff (who were very kind and friendly) brought us a fridge and hotplate and some plates. The electricity was off when we arrived and even though they have a generator, they didn't turn it on. Every day the electricity went off for an hour or 2 which meant no internet and no way to cook...

“As previous reviews indicate, this is a wonderful setting, rivalling a Greek Island or even the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Beautiful view and accommodations. Very warm and friendly staff. Good food with many choices. Good hot water even with Solar. Would have liked internet access in the room and perhaps a little more attention to timely food delivery. We had a delightful stay!”

“The Staff at Waters Edge really are amazing. Our meals were delicious and timely. When our kids were still hungry, we ordered another pizza and it came hot and fresh in 15 minutes! The AC was cold and everything was organized for our boat and drive safaris. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.”

“It’s a bit off the road, but nice and clean. A simple place with “no frills “. We ate well and rested well also. Be sure and ask for directions, Google maps takes you to the wrong place!”
