“When I checked out in the early morning, there was anyone in the reception, so I had to wait for 10 mins but I had to leave after all. I was mad since I had to go to the airport. I can't believe it happened in 5star hotel.”

“My first impression of the hotel was neat and nice. However, it was very difficult for me that ceiling if bathroom is leaking and the air conditioner didn't work properly during my stay. Although they moved me to a normal room, the process of moving it was very annoying. Breakfast wasn't much of a variety, but it tasted good. The worst part, was that the housekeeper searched my bag and stole $200 when I was out of room, and complained to the hotel about the theft, but they responded...

“Always go for the deluxe rooms there are resident Waterbucks there and Hippos and crocodiles in the river and Elephants cross the river at night to feed in front of the rooms , the hotel sits just outside the Malelane gate an area famous for Leopards along the Crocodile river area the hotel has very good food and friendly staff ”

“The stay was very nice, staff friendly and the hotel is very clean. The standard double bed room is not a true double but more like a Queen size bed which was a nice surprise. My only suggestion to make it an even nicer stay would be to put a pillow topper on the mattress. It was extremely firm and woke me up a couple times that night but the next time we go to Maputo we would stay there again. ”

“A great experience in a well designed and well run place. Just one simple thing that can be done to make the experience even better: Move or create a sound-proof / sound-dampening box around the water pump. Currently the pump is situated directly outside the accommodation and when people use water, the pump turns on. If you are a light sleeper (like me) this can be disturbing. Other than that, a really great place, with warm and friendly staff, good wifi and delicious affordable food. About...

“Its ungortunate that I did book but could not reach the place. I did go to Maputo but looking at the distance from maputo, I decided to book somewhere else, so I can not say much. My money went down to drain.”
