Incredible views from our room at Tunnel Top, overlooking the beautiful valley and the iconic train tracks! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We also loved that drinks were available for free throughout our stay. The staff were outstanding — super friendly and genuinely accommodating. The hotel and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is a bit above the center of town and view from the room is unbeatable. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed a cooking lesson from the chef which was fun.

This is the best place I have ever stayed

This is the place to stay if you come to Ella. It could not have been more perfect. You wake up to stunning views of the mountains and the most delicious homemade traditional breakfast. You can walk straight from the home to town or to hikes and popular sights. It keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the street so you can really enjoy your stay. 11/10, loved my stay here. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay again!

Great guesthouse with a wonderful host. We stayed 2 nights. Room was simple but had all you needed. The breakfast made by Cynthia both mornings was the highlight of our stay. Easy walk into town. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do.
