“It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. We travel to similar calibre hotels every month and I can honestly say this was the worst we have ever been to and we wouldn’t recommend spending your money going here. “This is a cool unique place to stay on the edge of Yala park. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond for your comfort and needs. Dinning was delicious and star lit dinner over looking the firefly lit jungle. ”

“Our stay at Te Dalu was exceptional. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. Our room faced the hillside and had a wonderful view of the temple on the hill, and in the morning with opening the balcony doors allowed us to listen to chants and the sounds of birds and monkeys while waking up. “Super schönes Hotel mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Zimmer haben alle eine Terrasse mit Sicht auf die Ebene. Das Restaurant hat eine eher kleine aber gute Karte und das Essen auch das italienische war sehr gut einzig aber das wussten wir etwas ab vom Schuss”

“We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. ”

“Hi this is a slightly more expensive for the area but for us it was worth it. There was a hidden surprise for us as they have an infinity pool on the roof and sundeck which had views to die for. The breakfast was excellent the games room was fun and the staff took no hesitation to join in with playing games with my son. Room was lovely and staff amazing and great location for short walk into Ella to explore. But quite expensive is only negative”

“Great option for wanting to visit Yala. We stayed in the tent. Enough room For two people. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were the inside tent. We were able to two safari on our one night stay. For our visit, we preferred the evening tour as seen a range of animals. MJ was a great guide Food was good, nice candle lit dinner and interesting night walk Included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend. ”
