“It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. “Unfortunately, our stay at Elevate Ella was disappointing. The service was well below expectations. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned. Wet towels were never replaced and there was no where to hang them to dry. We only received water on arrival. The porters were incredible though, bringing our suitcases too and from the room. “This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected.
