โHotel staff did not know that i have booked the room and that I am coming .First 30 minutes they have been making sure that I have booked the room.when they found that I have booked the room,they did not have any room vacant so they gave me loft.Secondly wifi was good on the ground floor but it was not working on upper floors.There were 2 big dogs walking on the terrace and they could have been dangerous.โ
