“The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea.”

“The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was genuinely excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and clearly tried their best to help, especially the front desk employee who worked hard to resolve our issue. Unfortunately, our first night was spent in a room with broken air conditioning. Despite the summer heat, we were only provided with a fan, which made for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. “Really nice hotel. Very comfortable. Great black out blinds for sleeping. The only negative thing I would say is the mattress was very firm to the point of hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was really lovely and stylish and I loved all the original art throughout the property.”
