“Loud music 24/7 and they won’t turn it down even if you ask and the hotel was empty so I don’t understand why they behaved like this. Cleaners will shout down the corridor and flood the floors to clean in the afternoon- this is a falls hazard. Don’t bother calling the reception to ask them to turn the music off at 4am as there is never anyone at the desk for most of the day. Any business professionals or anybody looking to rest- don’t bother booking. And they won’t waive any fees for cancelling...
