Terrible hotel, don’t even think to go there . We spent whole night without electricity using candles . No receiptionist st night and no one to communicate with . We have to call the police to get involved and resolve this the power cut as it was too dark and impossible to stay in your roof for health and safety reason .

The staff were super friendly and were at hand 24/7 whenever we needed any assistance. The hotel is clean and the room and bathroom were well kept. Good for a short stay while enjoying the moulay yacoub thermal pools.

If you're looking for the rits carlton than you'll be disappointed, but the hotel and staff are exceptional. The physical makeup needs some TLC but the rooms, beds, and towels were fresh, and they serve cold beer to you pool side in an absolutely beautiful location.

Séjour en couple

Bonjour, L’accueil du personnel de l’hôtel était très chaleureux. Rien à dire sur l’emplacement de l’établissement aussi. Le petit déjeuner était bien. Seule chose à regretter dans mon séjour est que la TV était HS. Je l’ai pas signalé au responsables de l’hôtel puisqu’on passait presque toute la journée en dehors.

Katastrofalt hotell!

Hotellet var langt ifra den standarden som er på bildene og beskrivelsen. Var her med familien i en dag. Veldig glad for det kun var en dag fordi rommene var dårlig vasket, insekter på rommene, ac fungerte ikke, bassenget var skittent, frokosten var minimal der spurte jeg om å få vann og fikk betale ekstra for det. Alt var kjennerellt veldig dårlig ved dette hotellet. Oppå det hele et frekt personell som var sure og grettene. Vil aldri anbefale noen dette hotellet eller sette føttene mine innenfor der igjen.

Hotel accueillant , espace jardin parfait ,piscine

nous avons changé 3 fois de chambres, frigo, télévision qui ne marchent pas. la chasse d'eau des toilettes qui a coulé toute la nuit. beaucoup de travaux a prévoir, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche et le chauffage du local technique qui dégage des odeurs de fioul. le personnel est très bien et très serviable, la cuisine bonne mais pas de changement de menu il ne faut pas rester plus d'une semaine. nous avons eu des réparateurs dans les 3 chambres , meme a 9 heures du soir. a la sortie le prix est le meme. nous ne comprenons pas que EXPEDIA préconise cet hotel , ils n'ont pas du y aller ? nous ne sommes pas des gens difficile mais la c'est abuser .

Sejour tres agreable et reposant.Personnel tres aimable et souriant, tres à l'ecoute, disponible pour toute demande et très reactif.L'hotel est situé dans un cadre tres depaysant et tres appreciable.Un directeur de qualité. Le village est tres bien.Le seul bemol une formule demi pension serait plus appreciable. J'y retournerais avec grand plaisir.
