"Would not stay again. All the 4 star reviews are so misleading. Staff was grumpy and the girls that checked us in were being rude and condescending. We got one key card per room because they were rationing their cards. They didn’t have enough cards for the amount of rooms they had booked so each guest only received 1. Really? Pillows were being rationed as well. Only 2 pillows per room. We were told that if every guest asked for extra pillows they would run out of pillows. The hotel is in a central location and that is the only plus in my opinion. Staff need to get their act together and be nice to customers, especially if they are charging a premium for 2 star quality and service."

"Decent and clean rooms when we checked-in. Great fresh breakfast everyday! Very friendly and resourceful staff. Airconditioning and heating working fine. Our best choice for LOCATION exploring Amsterdam. Walking distance to Central Station, Metro subway and the must see sights. Plenty of food and shops right at our doorstep."

"Small room, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was big enough for the bed, a shower, sink, small desk, and toilet. Plus a tv on the wall. But that was all I really need out of a room. You had to squeeze by the bed to get to the other side of the room. The breakfast was a great start to my day with an assortment of breads, juices, coffees, and soft boiled eggs and mini pancakes. The airport shuttle was nice as well. Ran every 20 minutes all day."
