“We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. “I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“An dieser Unterkunft ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Perfekte Lage (5-10 Min. zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof) und zudem direkt in der Stadtmitte. Tolles Haus, typisch holländisch, aber mit qualitativen Möbeln und vor allem bequemen Bett und Kissen! Küche war auch perfekt ausgestattet und der Preis einfach fair!
