“Trip was great, so was the stay. What could have been better is ensuring rooms the construction is fenced off and not appearing at the rooms, and clearing off rubbish at the pathway on your way to the rooms ie where the rump is, on the left was full of broken items, bags of charcoal, old beer bottles, etc. Not a good sight for a customer yet its along the way to the rooms”

“Amazing place, very clean, tons of animals at the waterhole, very friendly and staff. Only downside is that the room was small, but hey, you are living in treehouse, what do you expect? Will be back with my family one day.”

“The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles...

“I stayed at the Luke Hotel and Cravers, the entire month of December. I enjoyed the Holidays so much; I was sad to leave and return to the U.S. Christmas was special. with decorations, lights, trees everywhere and American Holiday music playing. Christmas Day: I was greeted with a gift from the staff, the pool, sitting area and Cravers was filled to capacity with children playing and of course Santa Claus was there with candy for us kids. The long established, Kikuyu culture, and charming...

“Lovely cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and huge living room with the fireplace. It is set on amazing location with great views of Kimakia river and tea plantation. Stuff was very polite and helpful, they are available 24h a day. There is also power generator in case of power failure. The road to the property is a bit tricky, especially last kilometer or two. Our overall experiance was great, highly recommended!”
