"Quiet but not too near to the main parts of Salaya. I wouldn't recommend for long-term stay if you are going to study at Mahidol. Would definitely recommend if you need a cheap clean place to spend a week or so in Salaya."

Pool and gym facilities could certainly benefit from some maintenance / improvement as would the area around the hotel this facilitating easier walking route to the shopping mall / bar 99 for watching the football.
