“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. La alberca ofrece un magnífico espacio para nadar y descansar, ya sea por la mañana o por la tarde. Asimismo, uno puede salir a caminar o correr y disfrutar delos espacios naturales.”

“El lugar está muy bien, no le pongo 5 estrellas por la falta de comunicación. Desde que llegamos, las personas en caseta no sabían que habíamos reservado por Expedia, nos dijeron que ya debíamos tener contraseña y número de cuarto cuando nadie se había comunicado con nosotros. Además intentaron hacernos el cobro desde varios días antes, cuando la app nos dejó seleccionar la opción de pagar el total el día que llegáramos. El primer día no nos dieron brazalete porque se les habían terminado, pero...

“Muy bien muy cómodo todo excelente ”

“The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.”

“We booked and stayed 1 night in this very cute on the beach cabana. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed the ocean waves all night. As a bonus we were invited to have coffee the next morning with the host and they shared a lovely breakfast of freshly made tortillas and cheese creme & veggies.”
