“The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. However two pools had been advertised along with a spa and none of these three amenities were open. The hotel is under major construction which wasn’t made known before booking, with 11 hours of drilling a day which woke me up and tractors and banging happening nonstop which meant that relaxing on the private beach or indeed anywhere within the hotel wasn’t possible.
