The first nights dinner was at the Boma. We asked for steak that was medium rare and received a well done steak after waiting at least 30 minutes for the dancing to finish. “The hotel is convenient to go to the Kruger Park. one of the hotels room was so comfortable and welcoming. friendly staff and he tried to accommodate us even though it was not his fault that the hotel sold us a room that had been already sold. We paid for two rooms. They only gave us one room for the price we paid for and did not have the other room available, so they gave us another room that was cheaper and not give us the money back since we paid in advance through hotels.com. ”

“This was a fantastic experience. The staff accommodated my parents dietary requirements (vegetarian) as well as their age. The staff, management and owner were attentive and helpful. Rooms were excellent. Bathrooms could be modernised, but that process has commenced. Overall excellent accommodation.”
