“The apartment was good value for money. However, the rooms were not serviced and we had to wash our towels. However a washing machine, soap powder and dryer was in the apartment. This complex has no elevator and difficult for seniors to take luggage up two flights of stairs. The restaurants were not on site but down the hill. “Booked 1 year ago Nov 2022 on Wotif this resort, received confirmation email back, emailed the resort sharing the confirmed booking the following day, then asking if they had rooms with 2 queen beds, which they replied no, just 1 x Queen & 2 x single. Rang to arrange payment mid last week, to them telling me I did not have a booking in the system? Very badly managed, basically them blaming Wotif, no assistance, nothing. ”
