“We enjoyed our stay although there were some minor things that could be fixed to start with, the Wifi signal is very low, the light was very dim and the electricity was "playing" a lot even when the AC was turned off. Moreover, I would suggest having a longer shower curtain so that the water wouldn't spill outside and covering one of the pipes in the shower that has hot water ( I almost burned myself by accidentally touching it).”

“We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. ”

“Had an excellent stay. I was the only guest at the time and the staff were unbelievably friendly and courtesy. Made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is wonderful, right on the water and walking distance to everything in Batroun. 10 star all the way.”

“المكان رائع جداً وهادئ والشقق نظيفة جدا ومريحة مع إطلالة جبلية رائعة والمنطقة جميلة جميلة وفيها كل الخدمات وقريبة على الاماكن السياحية والطبيعية الجميلة ، والأهم من كل هاد أبوأحمد صاحب المكان شخص ودود وطيب وبعاملك مثل الأخ .. فعلا .شعرت كأني في بيتي... و كانت تجربتي الأولى في هذا المكان لا تنسى وأكيد لن تكون الأخيرة... وأخيراً اذا كان بدك مكان للإجازة لتروق فيه وتنبسط بنصحك بهذا المكان. ”
