“I stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. Checked in after 9pm and out at 5am. There was air con and it was lovely. The room is nice with a double and single bed which were clean and comfortable. The bathroom let it down as it needs some modernising, but was ok”

“It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there). For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating.”

“So, a one night stay for Donington Park and it was a head on a pillow. The property is in dire need of an uplift. It felt like I was staying in a care home to be honest. The food in the restaurant was excellent but the atmosphere, oh my days,so quiet and sterile. Get some background music on...... And no air-conditioning.”

“아름다운 교정에 어울리는 조용히 쉴수있는 호텔이였어요. 직원들의 응대도 친절했고요.수영장과 사우나 이용도 여가시간을 보내기 좋았습니다. 다만 청소시간이 늦어 방에 머무르기도 외출후 들어오기도 좀 애매했어요. 청소요청태그를 도입해 우선 청소해주면 좋겠다고 생각했습니다. 기분좋게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 감사합니다 ”

“The room in the cottages need some improvement; paint flacking off walls. Would have been good to have water bottles in the room with the heat.”

“The gym was exceptional for a spa hotel and the breakfast was very pleasant however we did find that the hotel itself was quite dated and the rooms were in need of a bit of updating. The bathroom especially could use some modernization.”

“Really nicely appointed hotel and very comfortable. There is plenty of parking You are offered a good choice for breakfast and it is very reasonable. Downside, it does not do evening meals so you have to make alternative arrangements. Fortunately there are quite a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Great that you can take your dog but they are not allowed in the large breakfast room and you are seated in the lounge on a sofa with a coffee table. Bizarrely the reason given is...

“ I was unsure about this booking as reviews was mixed, the self coded check in as i tried to use the key pad the sun was so bring you could not see to use it , but luck that someone was their to let me in manually, I was confused with codes as they gave you same code for front door and was same for your room, i managed in the end to get the right telephone number of contact and was assured that was correct, and it was actually all ok, the TV apparently was not programmed and so I did not...

“Out tv didn't work which we reported to reception but it wasn't fixed. Also our room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there.”

“Clean room, spacious, with a Marco Pierre white restaurant on-site. Bit pricey but we worth it. ”

“It’s basic but it’s clean, bed was good, shower had good pressure and hot water, and my room was quiet. Some blackouts curtains would have been nice but other than that, for the rate, I couldn’t fault it. I am actually booking it again right now.”

“The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night.”
