I would have loved to have given a 10/10 but unfortunately whilst the property is great value for a stop over and breakfast was good, there is a drainage issue, and the bathrooms in the 2 rooms we booked smelt strongly of blocked drains as did the car parking area so clearly a problem that needs to be resolved. Apart from that everything was good.

Great stopover near M1 really decent food and drink good breakfast overall good experience only downside could hear upstairs flat when he came in and got up for early morning jog maybe blackout blinds for window and door glass other than that all good would definitely use again staff all very friendly and pleasant
