“A magnificent place, blessed with one of the most beautiful views in Israel. It genuinely feels as though this little piece of paradise was dropped from the heavens onto the Sea of Galilee. The staff made you feel like you truly mattered. They genuinely cared about your experience and went out of their way to ensure that your stay was memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we arrived.”

“Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach on the Kinneret. I saw some reviews complaining about music by the pool, but it was calm music and not too loud so don't let that put you off! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.”

“My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. “Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!”

“The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all”

“Great family stay on a summer holiday. The only issues with this property is that the Wi-Fi is practically non-existent and there is not enough parking within the hotel grounds.”

“From the minute I arrived, everything was taken care of. The beds were ready, and I didn't have to wait for the gym to open. Breakfast was excellent—especially the Mexican on the egg station. The place was clean and architecturally beautiful.”

“Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…”
