"Small boutique place, very clean and modern, excellent location a block off a popular street. Convenient to bus and train stations and popular restaurants."
"Excellent location near Carmel Center. All rooms overlook Haifa Bay. Beautiful neighborhood with many excellent restaurant choices. This is a favorite hotel which I return to often over the years."
"Clean property and was great for parking as it was accessible to a free parking lot next to the building. Also walkable neighborhood. Clean hotel and spacious and beautifully designed, and staff were very friendly. For a 5 star hotel i was hoping to see some additional amenities such as a bidet in the bathroom, some toiletries in the bathroom were missing, more than a single water bottle during my stay, and there wasnt a lounge area to accept guests except for a small breakfast area that didnt have proper air conditioning. It was a very nice hotel but expected a little more from the 5 star rating. However, I would indeed stay there again."
"Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:)
The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. They can use a few more umbrellas and perhaps get the corners when sweeping- not sure what that feathery stuff was:(.
Loved this place and will definitely stay here again."
"I know the hotel for years. It is a very unique hotel in a middle of a forest. Very pleasant and calming hotel, and a very clean and beautiful one, for that it is highly recommended. There is a vast variety of food, the food is very good, although I remember from the past it was better. There is not a lot to do in the evenings, but still it's a very pleasant place to be in."
