“Room didn’t feel particularly clean, found more than a few marks and hairs on the bed.
Didn’t expect the pool to be full of families and children as it seems to be part of a leisure centre, not just for hotel guests, so wasn’t a nice experience for using the sauna and steam room, and also wasn’t a clean area. Staff were disinterested and slow at the front desk, and I heard them telling some other hotel guests as I was leaving that the pool was at capacity, which is something to bear in mind...
