“It’s a great property in the sense that you have very comfortable bedrooms, showers, A/C, small jacuzzi pool, very supportive team on the property etc. we stayed for two nights in the two bedroom villa as a bar to explore NusaPenida island. That meant we were outside sightseeing and activities throughout the day and this villa provided a great comfortable home to relax, clean up and sleep. Two reasons why I am giving it four stars. First, it’s quite inside so you need to order in and only two...

“Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. The room did not feel properly cleaned when we checked in. The bedsheets looked as if someone had already slept in them, and there were several visible hairs on the bed, including both short hairs and longer strands of hair. There was also a noticeable black handprint on the bedding. The bathrooms were not much better. There was hair all over the inside of one of the drawers, along with rubbish that had clearly not...

“The rooms were well kept and the views were some of the best in the island. Central to almost everything and close to an endless choice of restaurants. Mini marts and petrol avaliable on almost every corner. The staff was extremely kind and there when I needed it. It’s easy to say I had a perfect 5-night stay.”

“Very good hotel with beach club. Highly recommended”

“It wasn’t worth it for the price we paid to stay but the staffs were very nice”

“Highly recommend ”

“It’s very nice and luxurious, people are friendly and they picked us and dropped us off by their scooter to help us. The location is very nice, in front of the beach exactly, and it’s very clean. I would definitely recommend it to others”

“The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...

“This hotel is really nice!”
