“The rooms were relatively spacious but could have been cleaner, especially the hard wood floors. The view of the river was pleasant and the breeze coming from it helped to keep the heat down. Everything seemed to be in decent working order also. The motel/lodge is pretty straightforward in its layout and had no staff on-site when we arrived, but the code we were emailed did access our room. The breakfast was good. The waffles were extremely tasty and plentiful depending on how many you wanted...

“Cute and spacious room. Our room was adjacent to the laundry room but it didn’t bother us any. The breakfast was so good and seemed to be homemade. I had veggie quiche and delicious pumpkin bread - definitely the best meal of the trip!”

“Casia is a beautiful property in an absolutely stunning setting, with incredible views and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. “We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!”

“Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. ”
