“We had an amazing stay at Mansala Safari House. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, and the house itself is clean and comfortable. The hosts arranged two safaris for us which were both excellent; the driver picked us up directly from the accommodation and was very knowledgeable about the park. “This was the most amazing place to stay. First and foremost the staff were the most friendly and helpful you could imagine. The facilities at Hantara were incredible with a pool which was immaculately clean. Our lodge was spacious,characterful and spotlessly clean. The staff arranged a safari for us in Udawalawe National Park which is very close by. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone at Hantara.”

“This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. “DO NOT STAY HERE!! i was bitten and scratched by the dog here. It waited outside the room. Sleeps on the chair outside. It blocks the top so you can't get down the dangerous stairs. It goes for your legs/feet because it wants attention. We was badly over charged for rice for dinner. No wifi. No AC. 20 power cuts.
