“Didn’t use the pool staff wasn’t attending at night of arrival young male staff was rude the night we arrived ,said if u break or make mess we charge xxx amount of money and I was with my kid trying to relax n have a good time at the beach …! I don’t know what was his deal..??? what to say ????. housekeeping was amazing n the lady in the morning was helpful.”

“Customer service wasn’t very helpful, the pool heater was not functioning and they didn’t give any helpful/useful info about it. Additionally there were spider webs on the balcony of our room, as well as on some lights in the 1st floor. We would avoid it.”
