2nd time staying at Barceló Siete Coronas and we will definitely be back more times. This booking was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had surprise delicious brownies in our room plus a birthday note :). There was a mixed up by Expedia when I was booking the room and accidentally it was booked only for me, so I called the hotel and talked to Maitê and she went out of her way to help me to fix, having the booking for 2 people and I would only had to pay the extra person breakfast fee on my check in. The room was relatively small but clean and neat. The window looked onto the building's inside face so no view. The location is really central with everything a short walk away.

An amazing hotel with great staff and care and attention shown throughout our trip. The facility is clean, the breakfast buffet had loads of choice and the pool was beautiful! Very happy with our trip.

Bright and welcoming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere clean and tidy, well presented. Had room 304 - good size room and bathroom. Nice location in this lovely city. Great for the airport too.
