“Very rural location which meant we were very aware of the noise of village dogs during the night. It is an 8 minute tuktuk ride from the Dambulla bus stand, but only a 600 metre walk to the access to the Dambulla Cave Temples. The bathroom was tired and could do with a significant refresh.”

“We stayed Moi Dambulla for 3 days. It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Its also really close to the Golden temple and can get to Sigirya easily. The staff members were excellent and went above and beyond. The place is very clean, I wasn’t keeping well on the day of checkout and the staff very kindly let us checkout late because of me. They also cooked us meals. Erande, the manager I believe and the staff were really great, we definitely recommend the stay. ”

“When we arrived to the hotel lobby we started feeling something in our throat, same thing inside the room we started coughing and needed to open the windows. We did ask if they used chemical products and they say no. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room basic but clean. No tv. Bad quality mattress doing a lot of noise when using. Breakfast basic.”
