"Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. The wildlife is incredible (I’ve never heard an all-night frog chorus before and the deer roam freely through the meadows). "Love this place! The building is beautiful, meticulously restored and very comfortable. Mark is a friendly and accommodating host. The town is lovely and peaceful with some beautiful walks. The kids had a great time at the pool. Breakfast is spectacular. We will definitely be back. "

"We had a wonderful stay at La Brauderie, the caravan/ Shepherds Hut was superb with an idyllic location and Julie was a superb host. Breakfast was excellent and very French! We only stayed one night and wished it was longer and we hope to return. "
