“It was my birthday and my daughter set me up with this Sosuite spot. I choose a city view suite . I was not disappointed. The suite was spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. To see the.night sky and sun set was calming to my spirit. The ease of no staff checking in was quite scary at first but I came to appreciate it and valued the privacy it provided. A full kitchen and laundry was available in the suite and, that added to feel of comfort.

“The check in process was easy, I had email trouble and called the property and they helped me out immediately. The AC was nice and cold and the room was perfect with a great walkable location to historic sites and our concert venue at Union Transfer. Great stay!”

“The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. The bathroom had about 30+ nets and bugs in it which was pretty gross because they got in the shower as well. The layout of the units is actually very...
