Staff was extremely helpful

Mountain View was the highlight of our trip to vietnam. They offer everything you need and great local insight at very affordable prices. We had maps and info for all the surrounding sights, and motorbike rental all from the homestay. Breakfast is included, dinner is reasonable, and all the food is great. Jasmine and her family even went the extra mile helping us after a motorbike accident with first aid supplies and room service dinner. Upon Jasmine's suggestion, we visited Trang An, Mua Caves...

Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here!! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved that the location was outside of town so it was a quiet escape in the mornings and afternoons. We took advantage of the tours they offer and arrange for you, it was very convenient and hassle-free!

The host here is great! Super friendly and accommodating! The area is remote and quiet, you can rent motorbikes at the shop/home down the street. Room is clean with a nice view, good WiFi too. We stayed right before Tet, so it was hard to get a Grab car to the shuttle that was taking us to Hanoi at 7AM, the host called his friend who gave us a ride. I highly recommend this place! :)

Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). In a nice little quiet pocket of nihn bihn , surrounded by beautiful lime stone cliffs. They bring you fresh fruit and juice everyday. All of the stay are warm and friendly. Close enough to center of town

I was sick for my entire stay and the owner is so kind. She brought food to my room and helped me with my baggage. The grounds are gorgeous and relaxing. I’ll have to go back when I’m not sick. cám ơn lavender homestay. You are truly good people.

Close walk to main part of Tam Coc but in a quiet area. The host was amazing! Helped us arrange activities and transports. Extremely reasonably priced and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with many great eateries and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend!
