“This hotel was a bad choice. My room had a internet problem then I informed hotel. Technician stay in my room over 30minutes he couldn’t solve any problem so we missed the time to have fun in this city. I didn’t get any solution. So when they went out my room they informed me that they will check another room for us. But later this hotel told me “reception has no internet neither.” Sorry”. That’s all. “I liked the staff at checking in particular Pawel who was very helpful in advising us on useful apps to use in Gdansk.. The cleaning staff was also very forthcoming and the pool was enjoyable. The only negative was the swimming teacher on Thursday, who was quite rude and felt he owned the pool. That is a pity because all the other staff members were lovely.”
