An exceptional hotel all round. But the breakfast bag surpassed all expectations. At. 8 pm I asked if I could have breakfast bags for 6 am the next morning, no problem they said. The bag was actually enough for breakfast and lunch and was delicious. If you get the chance stay here. A perfect hotel!

We were allocated the beautiful 101 room .. Clean… airy… stylish.. and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in .. Great shower and excellent amenities in the bathroom .. The heated pool, the sauna and steam room are absolutely fantastic after a long day exploring.. we so enjoyed this. We had some wonderful sunshine while staying, so the roof bar was a fabulous choice for a glass of wine and enjoying the afternoon sunshine .. it’s a great sun trap.. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and an array of continental choices to go with it.. Wonderful staff .. very helpful, polite and courteous.. Our first trip to Krakow .. what a magnificent city you have.. everyone was just a delight everywhere we went .. We truly enjoyed our city break and to be in the Old Town staying at Hotel Stary was perfect.

Hotel is in a great place , just off the main square where there are plenty of eating /drinking places. Hotel was quiet, plenty of room in the bathroom/bedroom, lovely comfortable bed and it was nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in to read etc. Didn’t use the restaurant/bar facilities. Staff went over and above with regards to service, reception/house keeping etc. I did not use the massage facilities but used the pool which was lovely, when I return to krakow I will most certainly book Hotel Stary again. Thank you hotel stary for a lovely stay

The hotel was perfectly located and absolutely stunning. The pool and spa area was incredible - so atmospheric! The only downside was that the rooftop bar was not open, even though this was not mentioned in the hotel description, so we weren't able to appreciate the stunning views.
