Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, we also ate in the restaurant one evening which has a great menu and good quality food. The hotel is situated very close to the main station and is within less than 10 minutes walk to the main square in the old town. I would highly recommend staying at the Vienna House.

First of all, the location of this hotel is perfect. Located right outside Krakow Glowny Main train station. There’s a shopping center next to it. It is about 5 minutes walk from the entrance to Krakow Old Town. Check in was quick and we got beverage vouchers for Expedia VIP. Staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast provides you with a lot of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Krakow.

Brilliant location, for a short walk down into the old town, the shopping mall and train station on your doorstep for airport and Auschwitz travel, and lots of tram stops outside which we used for an event at the Tauron arena. Nice bar for drinks and good breakfast.

The hotel overall was good, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and the bed definitely comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the location was wonderful - just across from the train station and a short walk from the old town and market.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and tastefully decorated. Good buffet breakfast and very convenient for central Krakow. Just be careful not to trip over the stone threshold at the door of the room! We have stayed here several times and would be happy to do so again.

The hotel was everything I needed. The staff was more than helpful. I arrive not feeling well and with some discomfort and they were so helpful to get me a room immediately and suggest where to go to get medication. I also used the sauna room which helped with my back problems and they were constantly assisting me with any questions I had. Great front desk. The gentlemen were exceptional!!!! Thank you again!
