This was a wonderful hotel located right in the middle of shopping and close to the square. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The location was so convenient to historical sites. We had an awesome trip!

The hotel and staff were excellent, the location was superb for staying in Krakow. The included breakfast was more than adequate. Would recomend and stay again.

Beautiful and historic property, convenient to everything. Excellent breakfast and wonderful staff. Noisy at night as there are a lot of late night people who like to drink and party.

The property was very rundown and in need of major renovations. Wooden floors creaked so loud that it sounded like we were crushing egg shells. Rooms were cleaned everyday, but not too well. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Location was fantastic. However, with so many hotels in the area at similar prices I will be choosing a different place next time.

Het hotel ligt in de winkelstraat van Old Town. Wij verbleven hier een week. De centrale ligging is erg fijn, alles is op loopafstand. Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterzijde, maar als je aan de voorkant slaapt kan het misschien wat lawaaierig zijn. Kamer is niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kunt ook excursies via hen boeken. Het hotel heeft geen lift. Het ontbijt was prima. De netheid mag wel wat beter. Schoonmaken bestond uit de bedden rechttrekken en handdoeken vervangen. Een keer een doekje over de wastafel en het toilet had ook wel gemogen. Had het idee dat dat gedurende ons verblijf niet is gedaan. Ook zeep werd niet aangevuld. Kamer was achter het meubilair ook behoorlijk stoffig. De ligging en het gemak wat je daarvan hebt, maakt het al met al een prima uitvalsbasis.

Hieno vanha hotelli keskellä aluetta, jossa paljon nähtävää. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Kadun puoleiset huoneet ei sovi henkilöille, jotka haluavat nukkua öisin. Katu on erittäin vilkas ja täynnä anniskelupaikkoja. Tästä johtuen huoneisiin kantautuva meteli on melkoinen ja loppuu vasta n. 3-4:n aikaan aamuyöstä.

Nice location and overall a very good stay

Many more positives than negatives, the location was brilliant for a stay and at the price the hotel was good value for money. Staff at check in and for breakfast were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offering was good, but was let down by the ‘hot’ options. Providing you are happy with bread and meats you will love breakfast. My partner however prefers a cooked breakfast and the options for this were limited and not particularly nice, probably because it was served as a buffet. The hotel was well cleaned, but the cleaning staff were let down by the outdated bathroom that needed a revamp. One of the more annoying aspects was the two separate duvets that were given to us in a double room. Not sure if this is the case all the time but it was not great for a couple.

Los colchones son muy antiguos, se notan los muelles , solo ponen sábanas bajera y edredón , con lo cual te obligan a tapar con el mismo o no tener sábana, las almohadas son cojines grandes siendo muy incómodo para dormir

Perfekt beliggenhet.

Hotell midt i smørøyet, inngang fra ei av hovedgågatene. En av de beste gatene å bo i midt i Gamlebyen. Helt ok rom. Hyggelig betjening og ok frokost. Litt slitte rom men rom med karakter. Sengen på vårt rom var kanskje moden for utskifting. Anbefaler å gå hele Planty (parken) rundt gamlebyen.

Kan bestemt anbefales

Central beliggenhed i gå-afstand. Meget hjælpsomme til at arrangere ture og transport fra lufthavnen. Der er aircon på værelserne, men vores voksne børn havde værelse øverst og der var alligevel lidt varmt under taget. Havde superior værelser, hvor der var god plads og værelser til gården, hvor der var stille.

It’s location - in the centre of the old town - makes it ideal for exploring on foot. The breakfast is very generous and staff are very helpful and friendly. Th only downside for us was the stairs to our room.
