“We stayed at the Madison as part of our first time visit to Palo Duro Canyon. I was a bit reluctant to book based on other reviews mentioning issues with their check in code, but I was so pleased with the check in process because there were no lines, or papers to sign, or elevators to fight with. I called the customer service number the day prior to check in to be sure things were going to go as expected and received a very friendly and professional answer on the first ring. “This place is on the third floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage’s up and down. The door code was not emailed to me as booking, had to contact the owner for the code ,which was provided wrong to me at first, caused the door to lock for a while. And then it was the right code. The bed sheets aren’t very clean for both rooms. And the guess rooms door is hard to shut it close. ”
