“This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. “Arrived late and struggled to get in as they had given us the wrong code and wrong room. After phoning them they also gave another wrong code and room. Finally got in after 3 attempts! Other than that, the hotel was lovely modern and fresh, good value as well. Would recommend. ”

“This hotel has a great view of Tatry. Check-out time is a little bit early I guess. The swimming pool opens at 10:00. Therefore, you cannot use the pool in the morning of the check-out day. Breakfast is relatively good. But the dinner is so-so. There are not many selections. Staffs are so nice and helpful.”

“Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.”

“We loved the quiet and the view we had from the balcony, as well as the walking trails near the hotel. We took half-board, and for us, that was a mistake because the dinner at the hotel was not tasty for us. Additionally, please note that breakfast also ends relatively early, at 9:00 AM.”

“We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall!”
