Top notch property and hospitality while in Florence!

This hotel has the perfect location, near enough to walk to everything, but in an upscale, quiet area. Right next to the Arno.

Everything about this property was unique and well thought. Appreciated the interior design and attention to art and finer details. Truly enjoyed the way in which the stone and wood from the ancient tower was incorporated into the design. the apartment did in fact feel luxurious and very efficient.

Gorgeous place and quiet sanctuary right in the middle of a busy, hectic city. No street noise in the rooms. every single staff member was delightfully helpful. If I was forced to complain about something,.. I would say that the lobby restaurant was hired out for private evets multiple nights so hotel guests had no ability to access that amenity.

Amazing! This was our favorite stop of our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room. Very quaint location and love the animals and farm dogs! The breakfast included every morning was great.

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was truly an exceptional experience everything was at top rate quality. It takes less than 4 mintes go to the center of Florence because tranvia( transportation) is just close to the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is in great condition. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is very nice as well....there is a wide range of options, all displayed beautifully. The best part about the hotel might be the location. It is in the heart of town, just steps from the Duomo but also seems off the beaten path and remains very quiet.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

As much as reading reviews on line can help with decisions, I tend to trust people that I know to make suggestions when traveling to a new place for the first time. That is how I found this gem. Quiet and beautiful location. No AC, can be warm in hot weather, did have two fans for help in sleeping. Excellent place for a quiet getaway, lovely hosts.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

This boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful! Amazing location, cold AC, incredibly comfy beds, huge and modern bathroom, free breakfast and appertivo, and a convenient spa. We truly enjoyed our stay here! The best part was the attentive staff who reached out before our stay and helped us throughout- giving restaurant recommendations as well as booking reservations and tours for us.
