The pool and hot tub got used by us quite a bit, and they were nice to have access to, amd they were spotless. The best part was the service. Claudio and Antonio helped us set up dinner reservations, helped us with the room, helped with laundry and service items, even helped with some romantic touches for my fiancée and I.
