“Very disappointed. I was arriving at 11pm, I've let them know and discovered that after 8pm they completely shut off the phone. I wanted to call for an information, impossible! When I arrived the hotel was all closed, thank god the bar was open and the person kindly helped me. No air conditioning in the room, no hair dryer, asked for an iron they said that it's currently used by another client. Bad bedding, king size bed was in fact two 1 place mattresses together. “Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...
