“One of the most charming places my friend and I stayed on our trip in March! Rooms are beautifully designed and clean. The rooftop is lovely and has a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious. We had dinner elsewhere but at night the rooftop is hopping! Owners were so sweet and accommodating. A highlight of our stay!”

“Food is 10/10 and so are staffs, building is new and spacious but only issue is noise outside and inside. I wish they can invest in better windows and doors for noise insulation because anytime anyone walks through the hallways, closes or open doors, trucks honks outside etc. it all can be heard inside the room and can be very disruptive through the night. ”

“The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort. ”

“Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

“The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver. ”

“This place should not be used as a hotel also considering the price it’s not worth it. The lobby and common areas smell of urine. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night. The place is not clean, we had only boiling hot water in the shower and overall it’s just disgusting and overpriced. I cannot believe hotels.com has this property on their site. ”

“세탁을 맡긴 것이 호텔의 landary 정책상 표기 되어있던 스케줄을 맞춰서 온 적이 한 번도 없고, 하루씩 늦게 세탁이 도착 하였으며, 결국 그 중에 한번은 세탁물이 도착하지 못하여 체크아웃 시간이 지연, 참석해야 하는 회의에 늦음. 호텔스닷컴으로 다 결제를 하고 갔는데도 로비에서 실수로 추가로 숙박비 결제를 함. 이를 발견하고 환불 요청을 했더니, 24시간이 지나서 신용카드 결제 취소가 안된다며 300불에 달하는 금액을 현지화 현금으로 환불 해 줌. 아침식사 부실하고 호텔내 편의시설 전혀 없음. 매우 불만족.”
