"Room was excellent (mountain view as well since we had the corner room), Staff were awesome, Location was Superb, Free Bike Rental was awesome! We got to explore Phong Nha by bike and it was awesome! They prepared us breakfast of our choosing from the menu, which was great. Very beautiful location. Wifi was a bit of a challenge, but it's the perfect time and place to disconnect and simply enjoy nature"

"I had my sister and brother in law with me and my elderly sister couldn't get into the pool. No steps to get into or get out of the pool,only ladder. Staff and room friendly and nice."

"Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. It may seem like a small thing but very comfy chairs for dining. We appreciated sitting outside all the time for all meals including during downpours. You can sit overlooking the river, but we chose to sit across the street in the comfy chairs."

"The resort is in an area that is currently being developed and as it only opened in March there were a couple of services that were not yet available. Having said that, our villa was superb and the menu choices were great and food delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend staying there"

We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. From the scenic location to the warm hospitality, this hotel made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!"

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."
