“Pool was not really clean, weird and unfriendly check-in, not really accustomed with international traveller,you cannot really buy anything there, there is no bar or restaurant so its really not a resort or even a hotel.”

“very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful.”

“The resort was as advertised. Lots of pools to swim, lots of picnic cottages to choose from. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and clean. The staff are accomodating and helpfiul.”

“Gave us wrong room. Wasn’t as picture showed. Garbage everywhere. Limited access to basic services. Dint want to do breakfast that was supposed to be included. And breakfast was not good enough to eat. ”

“This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡”

“I liked the expansiveness of the place with the green landscape. The swimming pool is huge. My children never got tired of swimming in the pool. Buffet breakfast has a lot of choices bt taste was not good for some. They should provide a longer line for hanging wet clothes outside. I liked the Casita where we had our own detached unit with the luscious garden outside. ”
