The first night an unruly guest set of the fire alarm twice. On the second night there was a function in the ballroom And so the the noise of the music travelled up to the third floor and it was difficult to get to sleep As a result. “The staff was excellent. Possibly the kindest and most helpful of any hotel I've visited, and I've been to a lot. My issues were unique to our needs. 1. We needed the laundry facilities, and although they are listed here on Expedia, they do not have any. 2. We needed access to halls 1-4 at the NEC. The "16 minute walk" that is listed is to the other side of the NEC. Unfortunately this meant we actually had a 40 minute walk there and back each day. If those weren't issues, I would happy...
