“It was okay. The room was clean, I booked a room some weeks ago, but I was surprised when I got there and they didn't have a room allocated and scrambled to find a vacant room so a bit disorganised. The outside structure of where I stayed needed some desperate TLC. But quite satisfied with my room.”

“I can hear everything through the wall.”

“Very good hotel, well located near the town centre. The room was good, spacious and dog friendly. Hotel staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed our weekend stay. We will definitely be back.”

“Overall, the hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately, it’s challenging to contact the front desk from the rooms and we had to request three times to get a second set of towels for the two of us. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on so the room was quite stuffy as the windows do not open. The location was superb, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable. Overall, a nice experience.”

“아이들과 고풍스런 곳에서 잘 쉬다 왔네요. 런던에서 렌트로 가서 운전이 신경쓰이긴 했으나, 숙소는 좋았습니다.”

“Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room.”

“thank very kind employee”

“very helpful staff”

“직원들이 친절해요. 시설이 다소 노후 하였네요.”

“The Grovsner requires a paint job especially outside. Unfortunately in our room there was no hairdryer, toilet brush, extra pillows and information regarding the amenities in the hotel or any information regarding things to do in Stratford Upon Avon. I went to the disabled toilets in reception and the floor was quite dirty the next day I went again and it had not been cleaned the same stains were still on the floor. The staff were great but I wouldn't stay again because of the lack of things...

“The desktop was very helpful.”
