“By far the best thing was the staff. The largely seasonal workers were fantastic - always smiling, attentive and well trained. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and one really didn't to leave the complex as the private beach, pools,bars and restaurants were plentiful. One final thing was the spa massage; best I have had!”

It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. Wir waren mit ALLEM sehr zufrieden, dem guten Mitsis Standard sei Dank. Als Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt würde ich die Reinigung unseres Bungalowzimmers bemängeln, natürlich hätte man sich beschweren können aber dafür gehe ich nicht in den Urlaub, kurz selbst drüberwischen und alles ist gut. “Ein Boutique Hotel mit 101 Zimmern ... ich hatte mir das Hotel etwas kleiner vorgestellt, der Frühstückssaal hatte auch die Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle, zum Essen gab es sehr viel Auswahl, aber der Kaffee war sehr wenig inspirierend, und Butter als Brotaufstrich war gar nicht verfügbar (nur Margarine).
