“On the day I was staying, the hotel were behind with their cleaning and so it wasn’t possible to check in at 3pm for several groups of people including me. After a long hot journey to get there, and in the knowledge I had only a short stay at the hotel to rest, this was not good. There were rooms already made up, just not the one they had allocated me. “We had a fantastic stay at Marbella Collection and would happily return. We traveled with our 2.5-year-old son, and this is one of the few hotels where we never felt the need to leave the resort. It is exceptionally well designed for families with young children.
