“If you’re looking for something basic, clean with no fuss then the Palm Beach is for you. There aren’t many sophisticated hotels in Pointe Noire anyway, over the years this has been a reliable pit stop. They have an ongoing project and building a modern 5-6 storey hotel next to the historical part where I stayed. Basic, clean and helpful staff so it does the trick!”

“J’étais bloquée à l’aéroport, j’ai tenté de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises (téléphone) afin de trouver un moyen de m’y rendre, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai donc envoyé un message via la messagerie puisque personne ne m’a répondu, j’attends encore une réponse... Service client inexistant semble-t-il. ”
