"For the first time, i saw a Rat in a Hotel, poo in that bath, Hotel was in bits and stains of finger print all over the walls like it was used for human sacrifice or something not that I would know just saying what I saw which I have shown in the images. Toilets shown in the images advertised on the hotel post is a deceit and should be taken down, and when we asked for our money back so we can go to a different hotel they refused and said Hotel .com is to refund us, which we did not get. As a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected it to do the things u see in Hilton around the world. There were no doorman to help with luggage when I arrive nor was there anyone available to help me with luggage to take me to my room when I first checked in.
