Even with a global power outage, the staff were friendly and helpful. This had to be a nightmare for them and they smiled through it and did everything they could to help their many customers. The situation did cause some unavoidable delays, but I truly commend the staff and their management on how well they handled it. Additionally, the facility was very clean and the complimentary breakfast provided many options. The coffee is delicious (even for a coffee snob). Thank you for making our stay...

Great stay, convenient, clean and comfortable

Upon entering it was a very clean hotel and the staff was accommodating!

Very friendly and caring l, excellent staff!

Great hotel, rooms were a little small but very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a great selection, one of the better ones I have experienced. There was a free shuttle to and from the hotel to the Staten Island Ferry, which was an added bonus. If your looking for a place to stay that is outside the city I would definitely reccomned this one! Price isn't bad for what you get, I will definitely be returning to this hotel if I'm ever in NYC area!...

I really enjoyed my stay. It was nice peaceful and quiet and the room was cozy and perfect. I would visit here again I like how it’s away from everything else but then a 10 min drive away to the mall and other nice stores. Thank you

Very centrally located. Amazing staff and clean. My go to place for New York

Great location and facility

Great all around

Perfect. Hotel in New York and they also hold your bag for you. After you check out, I love that

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

4th time coming here, it is alsays good to be stay here

Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

The staff were very kind and helpful!

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

Amazing

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Wonderful location, staff, in-lobby food and coffee. Rooms are always clean and here’s my hot tip: try to reserve a room with a patio

Great location would stay there again.
