I'll be traveling to Heerbrugg on business regularly after this trip. Most colleagues stay in Dornbirn across the border, but they were all sold out. Found this place and was on the St. Gallan to Heerbrugg rail line so I gave it a try. Amazing. Better cost value than the Sheraton Four Points in Austria. True castle with all modern room amenities. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms fantastic and quiet.

This location is great for catching the bus to most anywhere. The bus stop is 150ft. Bus rides are free for tourists. The receptionist super helpful for bus times and connections. There is open fields close by great for walking in the countryside. Bus 13 will get you there getting off Sportpark!

We loved the locating, breakfast was good.

Great location. Had a really good meal in the hotel restaurant. Rooms were nice and comfy. Good breakfast included.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being from the USA the breakfast included items that we are used to having.

Best hotel I stayed at in Switzerland by a landslide. Conveniently located close to town, amazing amenities and service from staff. Everybody was kind and helpful. Meals at the restaurant were DELICIOUS. A/C worked but rooms won’t cool below 72 degrees. Highly recommend. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi was wonderful. The gym was a proper gym, not a typical hotel gym. Gorgeous views of the lake from the restaurant.

Very nice, clean hotel with air conditioning and friendly, helpful staff.
